Objective
We are strengthening our team with a Corporate Intern.
The corporate department assists companies and their executives at every stage of corporate life, whether it involves incorporation, growth, or restructuring (mergers, acquisitions, demergers, etc.).
The team advises on both governance and corporate law matters as well as on national and international transactional issues.
Our lawyers also counsel shareholders and directors on matters relating to business transfers/sales, shareholder relations, and the liability of governing bodies.
Joining the corporate department means working on diverse and strategic cases combining corporate law, financial law, and transactional practice, within a dynamic team recognized for the quality of its support.

You will work on cases involving national and international estate planning, including the implementation of matrimonial, testamentary, and corporate arrangements, as well as donations, with a focus on wealth structuring and optimizing the transfer of assets.
In-depth knowledge of both tax law and civil law is essential to handle these matters with rigor.

Immerse yourself in the professional life of a lawyer
During the academic year we wholeheartedly welcome Master of Law students who aspire to a career as a lawyer. Through this internship we offer a work-field immersion to students an opportunity to gain a better understanding of how a law firm operates and, if successful, to complete the Bar internship at our firm after graduation.
Your profile:
- Master’s student, a specialised master's degree is a plus;
- Passionate about tax law, business law or labour law;
- Excellent academic results;
- French- or Dutch-speaking with an excellent proficiency of the other national language, a third language is a plus;
