Corporate Intern (0 to 3 years)
The lawyer’s craft is not observed, it is passed on — the excellence of a Corporate department ranked among the best, the attention of a team on a human scale.
At Tetralaw we are not looking for an executor: we are looking for a lawyer we train to excellence.
Our promise is simple, and we keep it: you will learn the lawyer’s craft in all its dimensions. Not only research and drafting, but case strategy, direct client contact, negotiation, and running a transaction end to end. You will be on the frontline, alongside senior lawyers who genuinely invest time in your progress.
Our triangle points downward: no one at the top, all forces united. The bar is high — that of a recognised business firm — but it is lived within a close-knit team where ‘human’ is not a slogan. We push you, we correct you, we trust you, and we support you.
THE DEAL, CLEARLY STATED
What we commit: a real investment in your training, strategic files from the start, direct client contact, and a genuine path to grow within the firm.
What we expect in return: commitment, rigour and solidarity. Nothing less — because that is the price of fast progress and earned trust.
THE TEAM YOU ARE JOINING
The Corporate department supports companies and their executives at every stage of corporate life: incorporation, growth, restructuring (mergers, acquisitions, demergers). The team works on governance and corporate law as well as on national and international transactions.
Our lawyers also advise shareholders and directors on business transfers and sales, shareholder relations and the liability of governing bodies. The department is recognised by the leading international directories — Chambers Global and Legal 500 — for the quality of its work in corporate law and M&A transactions. Joining Corporate means working on diverse, strategic files at the crossroads of corporate law, financial law and transactional practice — within a young, dynamic and sharp team.
